What fibres does G.TOSI dye?
G.TOSI dyes yarns in natural fibres (cotton, linen, silk, wool), artificial fibres (viscose) and synthetic fibres (polyester, nylon). The dyehouse is equipped for both package and hank dyeing, with machines capable of handling lots from 1 kg to over 1,000 kg.
What is the production capacity of G.TOSI?
G.TOSI has a daily production capacity of 10 tonnes and standard dye baths covering a range from 1 kg (sampling) up to 1,160 kg (industrial production), for both hank and package dyeing. The high-pressure rapid dryer enables reduced lead times without compromising yarn quality.
What certifications does G.TOSI yarn dyeing hold?
G.TOSI is certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 Class 1 (in contact with babies' skin), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), GRS (Global Recycled Standard), ZDHC Roadmap to Zero and ITF (traceability). It is also a qualified supplier for luxury brands such as LVMH, Kering, Chanel, Hermès, Inditex and Lacoste.
