From loading the cones to inserting the baskets into the machines, through to their unloading and placement in the hydro-extractor or dryer, everything is arranged to pursue the highest quality thanks to meticulous controls and state-of-the-art technology capable of ensuring fully automated processes. G. Tosi is also equipped with a rapid dryer that makes it possible to obtain superior quality yarn with reduced lead times, thus exceeding even the expectations of the most demanding customers.

Package dyeing: our specialty

Package dyeing is the productive heart of G.TOSI. Our automated machines manage the entire cycle: from cone loading to dyeing, from hydro-extraction to rapid drying. The high-pressure dryer enables superior quality yarn with shorter lead times. Our package dye baths cover a range from 2 kg to 1,160 kg, serving both sampling and serial production.
