Lab dip

Lab dip

A yarn sample dyed in the laboratory on a small scale, produced to match the standard colour required by the customer before industrial production. The lab dip is developed using the same fibres and the same dyeing process planned for production, and is approved by the customer in a light booth under different light sources. The colorimetric recipe developed with the lab dip is then scaled up for production in the autoclave.
