Cone winding
Cone winding (post-dyeing)
A final operation consisting of winding the dyed yarn onto cones (cardboard or plastic cones) using multi-head cone winders, to deliver the customer a product ready for subsequent processing. During cone winding it is also possible to perform clearing (quality control with defect removal) and splicer knot insertion. This operation completes the entire dyeing production process internally.
